Emailing a page in ClearPoint
ClearPoint allows you to send any detail page or summary report in your account via email using the Email Page function. A link to the page is included in the email, and a PDF copy of the page is attached.
On the page you want to email, select Email Page from the dropdown arrow next to the edit icon. Begin typing the email addresses of your recipients under Recipients. Any email address of a user in ClearPoint will autofill. You can also add non-user email addresses as external emails. Type a subject line under Subject. If you’d like to receive a copy of the email, check the box for Send me a copy of this message. Type the message of the email under Body. You are required to enter some text here before sending the message. Select a Page Size for the PDF attachment, and whether the page will be in Portrait Mode. Finally, click Send.
