Recalculating a measure or scorecard
Recalculating a measure ensures that all series calculations and evaluations are up to date. Using the recalculation function can be helpful when making changes to complex series calculations and aggregations. There are two different ways that measures can be recalculated. First, each measure can individually recalculated on its detail page. Second, administrators can recalculate entire scorecards from the Manage Scorecards page.
Recalculating a single measure
From a measure detail page, click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the edit pencil in the upper right-hand corner. From the menu, select Recalculate Measure. Click Recalculate to confirm.
When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the measure has been recalculated.
Recalculating a scorecard
To recalculate a scorecard, open the Scorecards dropdown menu and click on Manage Scorecards.
From the Manage Scorecards page, select the scorecard (or multiple scorecards) you’d like to recalculate. Once the scorecards are selected, click on the arrow to the right of the plus icon at the top of the page. From the menu, select Recalculate.
When the recalculation is complete, a message will appear confirming that the measure has been recalculated.
